What came first ....... the chicken or the egg?
Or should I say HR or Sales?
What do you think is the most important department within a business? Some would say that HR and Sales sit top of the bill.
Would there be any department or indeed a business without any sales revenue? No probably not, but that doesn't mean the Sales function is more important than the work that the Human Resources department do. I think that maybe is comes down to two different types of employee; those who directly generate revenue and those who indirectly generate revenue by supporting the former. I think we’ll all agree that companies need both. And, they’re both important. What are your thoughts?
